How is shipping calculated?

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Yes, we ship to just about any country outside of the U.S. Keep in mind, however, that shipping times may be longer for other countries.

How long does it take to receive my order?

If the address is in U.S. or Canada, about 1-3 weeks, longer if outside the U.S. or Canada.  Depending on which supplier the product is shipped from, it takes us 1-3 days to process your order, and an additional 7-20 business days to be delivered. When your product ships, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Packages usually ship with USPS.

After your checkout and payment, it takes us 24-72 hours from our domestic suppliers and up to 7 business days from our overseas suppliers to process your order and fulfill packaging. From there, we hand your package off to the carrier (i.e., USPS) and they scan your package into the tracking system. At this point, you will receive an email containing an activated tracking number, which you can track via the official site of the shipper.  After your package leaves our facility, it takes roughly 4-20 business days until it's delivered to your shipping address! 

How much does shipping cost for my item?

Many of our products offer free shipping, however in some cases the larger your item or order, the more shipping can cost. If your order can fit into a small pouch or box suited to a compass or watch, you can expect a shipping charge of around $4.99. If the order is larger, or a shipment of multiple large items, shipping costs could be $14.99 or more.

Do you guarantee your products?

Yes, for 30 days after shipment is delivered. Delivery date is determined from tracking. 

Do you do refunds?

Yes, depending on the circumstance. We offer a 30-day refund/return period for the majority of our products,  some of our sale merchandise may be subject to an alternate return policy and will be specified accordingly on our website. If you would like to make a return or an exchange, please contact us at urbnmojo@gmail.com and we will do our best to give you a great customer experience.

Who pays for shipping on items for return?

We email return labels with no cost to our customers if the issue is a result of a packaging error. In special circumstances, we will pay for return shipping that are for exchanges. All other issues need to be addressed with our customer service to determine returns.
